Our Challenge
To ensure the architect's vision of clean flowing lines along the length of the pergola structure was achieved, Hayes Builders required all of the pergola members to be preassembled in Techlam's Plant. With 90 degree factory glued halving joints at all knee locations the final product required extreme accuracy.

The Techlam Solution
Techlam delivered the pre assembled and prefabricated pergolas to site, with the craftsmen from Hayes Builders quickly installing the frames. The end result speaks for itself, with the members forming a 'centipede' like structure that looks stunning.
